Here at The Bullet, we’re all about better understanding the universe and life itself. “What is Love?” - the answer to this question has long eluded even the sagest of humankind. With Valentine’s Day coming up, we were in dire need of definitions, and we figured, “who better to get our answers from than the usual suspects - hipsters and cool kids - at Poptart?” So one Saturday night, we headed down to the new Zouk at Clarke Quay, just as the crowds started pouring in.
They say that in order to truly understand and study a culture, you have to first be a part of it. Consequently, to truly understand drunk people, we had to be pretty inebriated ourselves. In true ethnographic fashion, we slammed down a couple of tequila shots and jägerbombs at the bar and scanned the crowd for the wisest-looking party people. Here are some of the best (and worst) answers we got that night:
