There’s Gonna Be A Naruto Run Event At VivoCity
Not your average 5K.
Here at The Bullet, we sometimes feel an obligation to bring you even the most trivial of news. This, however, is not one of those times - there is nothing trivial about a f***ing Naruto Run event.
According to the Facebook event page, the run is set to take place this Saturday, the 26th of August, at Singapore’s largest mall VivoCity. The alleged founder of the allegedly annual event will also be “performing his rasengan after the run.” At the moment, an unexpectedly high number of 530 attendees are unexpectedly expected to turn up on the day itself, while at least 1,200 more have expressed their interest in joining in for the run. Still, numbers are set to rise in the next couple of days as one of the organisers, one Ryan Koh, has been flooding the event discussion space with memes, in what we assume is a bid to get everyone hyped up for the event:

Forget about The Colour Run - instead of throwing holi powder at pretty girls in short shorts, this year, throw some shuriken (-shaped fidget spinners) at bespectacled not-so-teenage boys in cosplay.
